The short-term insurance market in South Africa is very competitive. With every insurer promising to be effective, honest and quick in their claims process. Yet many clients take to social media to express their absolute disgust with how insurance companies handled their claims


So how do you avoid being a statistic and taking to social media yourself to let the world know how company x treated you? The scary truth is that every insurer in South Africa have their horror stories of claims that were declined.

The question we must answer is: Is short term insurance a difficult thing to handle? The correct answer to that is unfortunately yes and no.
